7 Tips to Help You Stay Focused on Your Goals

Yesterday after walking 3 miles, I experienced a lot of pain in my left hip. It was super frustrating and the pain was so bad that I was in tears.

I had made plans to walk everyday for 30 days and day 1 didn’t go as planned.  I decided not to allow my mind to yield to defeat. I decided to pushed aside all the negative thoughts and simply take it one day at a time.

This happens a lot when we have goals. We think everything will be perfect or go smooth. Sometimes things don’t go as planned but don’t count yourself out. Don’t plan to fail, quit or give up. Stop looking for ways to quit. Don’t convince yourself that you can’t or it won’t happen for you. Find a way to GET IT DONE! Simply take it one day at a time.
